I asked a Walgreen's manager if they stock it. They had to go into the stock room and pulled the last two tubes of it as they did not stock it on the shelf at this one. You might want to pull a manager aside if you do not see it.

Don't sweat, it doesen't have to be MAAS. Go to your nearest auto cosmetics store, and buy whatever chrome and metal polish they have.

I have tried 4-5 brands, and they all work equally well. After all, MAAS is just that, a metal polish, not a special-one-of-a-kind-razor-polish...

Thanks for the help guys. We do have Wal Mart and Walgreens and of course a slew of auto stores so I am sure that I can get the stuff. Also, I do have Brasso in the house. I just knew that Maas was considered good stuff and also wondered if there was anything wrong with Brasso.
    Thanks -

For Walgreens, you'll almost certainly have to ask a manager for it. My local walgreens people didn't have a clue AT ALL, but the manager knew exactly where it was.

As for WalMart, it was in the home stuff area with metal polish.

I tried the Lowes Hardware on Wheatland rd here in Dallas and no Maas, just Brasso. I'm looking for something just a little stronger than Brasso, it's just too mild. Good idea that, to try auto shops for chrome polish.

    Default Hey

Dewey, I got a bunch of tubes at the Walmart on Denton Hwy in Watauga, it was in a weird place though, over in the food section where the disposable plates and brooms and ziplock bags were - I actually picked up my snap top ziplock storage bowls for soaps right across the isle!

    FYI,

Try a super walmart... it's usually in the grocery side of the store in the isle with household cleaning products, right amongst a couple other silver polishes. I have heard reports that some walmarts carry it in their automotive section with the chrome polishes, so check there too. I've never seen it at my local walgreens, but numerous people have said they've purchased it at theirs. Lowes and HD do not carry it AFAIK.

I'd love to attend and put in my 2 cents but I am far too new to lead a class. I see that there are lots of guys from Tx. (If you organize it...they will come.... )

Thanks Joe - It's wierd, you'd think that Maas would mention Wal Mart on their web page.

    Default Classes?

No I wasn't thinking classes Dewey, I was thinking just a swap and shop, a get together to showcase stuff and drink beer, man.

You think I am going to let any of these transplanted Yankees come anywhere near my face with a razor?

This has not been my experience. MAAS is definately the best razor polish that I have used to date and it is worth the effort to find imo. With the internet it should not be that hard to find anyway.
