Thanked: 315Source of Horn Blanks?
I was wondering who all sold 1/8" horn blanks. I know Maggard sells them, but you don't know what they are going to look like. Anyone else have them?

A friend and fellow member here at SRP sells on Ebay. Check out what he has listed. Horn is usually available and what I've purchased has been really nice.

Thanked: 315Yeah, I've purchased collars from him a couple times. He is a great guy to do business with.
I was thinking his honey horn blanks were darker, but after a second look I guess they just need to be sanded to bring out the honey color more.

Thanked: 315I know they vary, but in the pictures it looks like his are rough cut vs finished, which makes the color appear darker than they would sanded and polished. And I probably will be contacting him, Thanks.

Thanked: 4821If you backlight rough cut horn slabs it will show the colour.
