I dremel can be used if you have one but!!!! Touch it very lightly and wait a few seconds for cooling. Touch it again and wait. You don't want to see the steal go red. Other options would be safer. If I was going to use my 1K stone that I use for regular honing, I'd try to use the side of the stone and grind away the bent tip. Or a fine file. You don't want to put gouges in your stone surface.
It's just Sharpening, right?

I concur, I've also used the side of my 1K for this exact thing, works well

I use the last inch of the honing surface for things like this. That part of the stone only supports the spine at the beginning of the stroke, so as long as you don't make a defect that the spine can drop into it will have no effect on regular honing and will be lapped out relatively quickly as the stone wears.

I thank you all for the input. Rez Dog I taped the blade like you suggested and worked it out on the side of my 1000 stone. I checked to make sure there was no crack in the blade first and it came out just fine. I'm going to shave with it later for the final test. I appreciate all of you for your help! THANK YOU.
