price confusion @ CS
Looking over my current stock of blades, I realize some of them need new scales, and some of them just need cleaning which would best be done without scales on.
I looked over at classicshaving.com and saw that the DOVO repinning kit containg two silver pins, two silver collars, and two blade bearings are $13. However, if I buy DOVO synthetic scales, it comes with two silver pins, two silver collars, and two blade bearings (one of the silver pins is already installed in the butt of the scales) for $11.
Am I missing something, or shouldn't the repin kit without scales be something like $1.29, instead of $12.99?????

That price is for 5 sets of what you describe! two silver pins, two silver collars, and two blade bearings.

It's easier and much cheaper to make your own pins from 1/16th brass or steel rod and #0 washers from microfastners.com
