Ah! The wax sticks outback showed work excellent too!
He graciously sent me a pair several years ago.
    Finally found a pic.

Made the Red Dog and Optimo stand out.

A cheap paint brush for water colors, with most of the bristles removed, and some gold leaf paint. Removed excess with a piece of hard neoprene, dampened with denatured alcohol.

Im with Leonard. Ive always used my finger. I will give the toothpi k a try. I like the idea of filling the print, not just getting a little in the letters.

Well....Disappointed as I opened my 'ruby' rubnbuff today.
    Thought it may be red?

More copper-looking to me. Guess I will use it for something.

Bummer! Looks more copper in the pic. I would have thought Ruby was red too.

That is one fine razor! (I know first hand, because thats my blade). The real beauty of that is that Outback replaced a broken tip on that scale, and I dare you to find the repair.

Sharpie to the rescue! I have had great luck with the "Sharpie Metallic' pens. Available through craft stores and some office supply stores.
This a silver one as I couldn't quickly find my Gold one...

There are other paint colors available and, if I remember correctly, the gold was non-metalic.
