First restoration on a vintage straight
I found a Wade & Butcher straight that was a good candidate for restoration I was comfortable with. It needed about .200" removed from the toe and new scales. The chipped toe was done with a dremel and came out nice and without a lot of work. The scales were done in camel bone from Ajkenne and are comming out very nice. I decided I was going to use brass so I need to order some brass pins from Aj and the wedge I have a piece I am working on. Looking good so far, wish me luck please!
