    First full restoration project. A no name Sheffield blade. Made the scales out of a piece of cherry I had laying around.
    There is no such thing a too much horsepower.

    Nice job. Did you coat the scales with anything (super glue, Danish oil, etc.)?

    Looks good. My first set of scales were thick and clunky and made the razor strop and hone terribly. Also the blade is nice and clean. Happy shaving!
