Dremel spins too fast and too hard to control. If you don't have a grinder, a diamond plate or diamond file is a better way to go. The metal is very thin at the tip and is easily removed. Slower than a belt, but sometimes slower is better. It’s a 5-minute job, it will take you longer to lay it out than to cut.
