Sorry its drenched in oil..
Flowered collars at one end. I don't think i've seen this type before, extra petals .
Honed this up last night ..

You probably noticed that i pinned the pivot with 1.5mm Nickel Silver and the Wedge with 1.8mm Nickel Silver
