I picked these up at the local flee market this past Sunday. The linen was easy to get clean.

The leather I wiped down with Isopropyl alcohol And it cleaned it and dried fast. ( didn't soak it just wiped.) Then rubbed in a couple of drops of Mineral Oil. And Let it sit for 4 days. now when I try to strop on it it leaved a brown gunk on the razor spine and bevel. Did I do something wrong? I have some ballistol that came in today but haven't done anything with it yet.
