    Single edge razor blade to cut the rust off, then metal polish and 0000 steel wool. The metal polish and a rag.

    Takes care of the majority of full hollows.

    Learning to unpin, and repin the scales will be the next to learn, for proper restoration.
    Always rust between the scales and tang of the razor.

    The fourth from the right (third from left) doesn't look like a very good shaver.
