    Default Teeter-totter

I have a fleamarket razor that shaves nice. However, it is a little troublesome to strop or hone because it has a little wobble on one side. It lays on the stone nice and flat on one side, but the other side doesn't. When you lay it on a flat surface with the bad side down, it has a barely noticeable rock. If you press down on one end the other end hops up a small fraction of a millimeter. Should I just live with this or can it be fixed? I'm a stone addict, so I have numerous bench stones in various grits and types. My guess would be to lay the razor on a medium grit DMT and grind the bad side flat. Any suggestions?

I'd just hone it with the x-pattern. The other option would be to use a belt-sander (no faster than 1800fpm) and create an even hone-wear pattern on both sides of the blade once you're done correcting the uneven ground side.
