Default My Latest Restore - "ERN"

This is my latest restore, I picked up the blade set in warped scales that didn't even belong to this razor for a song along with a Koken "Crank" (almost finished) The scales came from my first E-bay ripoff...
I snagged this Robeson Shur-edge that was missing the first inch to inch and half of the front of the blade (sneaky pic and I wasn't looking hard) however it came with these scales. Gorgeous Zebra-wood celluloid with silver bolsters. So 2 bad buys came together and yielded this restored razor......I was really happy with the polishing on the blade, it really took on a nice shine, sorry I take pics... I will update this thread as soon as I shave with her, but I have seen few razors that sharpened up as easy as this one....
I would be very surprised if this one doesn't jump into my permanent rotation

Wow!!! the first shave this morning with this razor was fantastic.... I had a funny feeling as this one went together, it was going to be a great razor.
The balance came out good, the polishing went easy, and the honing felt great... I love it when things just work

I really don't think this was very used at all, just to little hone wear, and a dead flat edge, and spine, it really took a smooth sharp edge... Another one in the top drawer of the rotation

Thank you for all the kind comments
