    I did this with a Co2 laser just to see what it would look like. Heat is not an issue.
    Well, it doesn't look tooooooo bad, it might do in a pinch...... HOW MUCH TO DO THIS KIND OF ETCHING?

    It would cost $1.50 per square inch. Can also do custom cut scales.

    Default custom cut scales

    when you say custom cut scales, do you mean you cut out the shape of the scales or the designs on the scales? I am working on a razor for a buddy of mine and i'm looking to do some custom etching on the blade and scales.. id be really interested in pricing and timeframe. any info you can give is greatly appreciated.
