I don't think so, in this case. My view of the pictures says it's a wedge, just a little "off", which wasn't that uncommon, as the older wedges, and in particular older Sheffield razors were pretty much hand ground. What you're talking about is a razor that's ground completely flat on one side, and hollowed out on the other.

Won't be easy but I definitely would like to have this restored. Unless you prefer to keep and enjoy as is, and find another like it (if you can) for actual use. But I'd rather restore this one and use it
