Guys,

At the get-together a couple of people were interested in the bristle discs that I use with my Dremel for cleaning up blades. Bill Ellis uses these things a lot.

They are made by 3M, and they are available in grits ranging from 240 to 1 micron. They are great for cleaning the tang between the scales, removing rust and dirt from jimping, and light blade cleanup.

The price tag looks a little high, but if you are planning to do restorations they're worth every penny. They last a long time.

I'm sure they're available from different sources, but I got mine here.
