    Default First Restoration Attempt

Okay folks, I need a little help.

I purchased this Wade & Butcher 7/8 on ebay and I've cleaned it up pretty good.

I will attempt to perform my first hone as soon as my Norton 4000/8000 comes in.

Now I know that I can get ready made scales from Classic Shaving and I am tempted with going in that direction. The only problem is that they say the scales are for 6/8 razors and under.

Is there anyone else out there that makes scales that I can purchase?

I purchased a set of mahogany scales from
zman. There are others here who make
scales, but I can't think of any right now aside
    of him.

For that size (7/8 or larger) you are probably better off getting them from a member here or making them yourself.
