Thread: Where to purchase scales??

Hello everybody, I am new with straights and while I am planning on creating my own scales from natural woods when I have more time in the summer, I am wondering if it is possible to purchase scales made of bone, ivory, and wood, ready to use. Is this too good to be true??

Those say they are for use with up to 6/8 blades.

Could they be used with a 7/8 or 8/8 or would those need to be wider??

thanks for he reply kyle I had never noticed that section over there. That is a decent selection but there has to be other sources. On a slightly different note....where could i obtain rare woods??
