Too bad they're copper and not brass.

If your in Canada, you can get 1/16 brass tubing and brass rod, and just about any size I've seen so far from here.

Hey Mark, how did those domed Solid Brass Escutcheon Pins work?

what guage would bee a 3/32 on the brass ?

Too bad the smallest is twice or more larger than you would want.

You can use the #0 wide (0.188") washers and dome them yourself. Get a little piece of steel plate 1/8" thick, and use a Dremel cone-shaped grinder to make a dimple about 0.18" diameter. Make a few different ones from about 1/32 to 1/16 to 3/32 deep at the point. Get a 16d nail and round off the point a little, center the brass washer over a dimple, tap with a small hammer.

I bought a piece of 1/6" brass rod and some brass #0, .064 ID, washers from www.smallparts.com. to try. They work great. The washers have a 1/8" OD that is the same diameter of the washers on most of my razors.

Unless I'm reading it wrong, they seem to be pretty
expesive for washers.
