    Default Hello from Down under....

    Hi guys,
I was wondering if there is anyone in Australia that can give me details of a local Honemeister?

I am new to straight razor shaving ans have a lovely razor which I'd love to learn on.

Every barber I ask tells me that no-one sharpens straight razors any more.
    Can this be true?

Is there anyone in Oz that has found someone who can sharpen straight razors?

I'm in Melbourne, just in case anyone wants to know.

    Regards
    Robert

Just a suggestion...... get a copy of Lynn Abrams DVD, then a Norton 4000/8000 combo stone and a finishing stone of 12K to 15K

That's how I learned to hone my own razors.

    Good Luck
