Default A little perspective on the grip razors have over me...

I started to hand sand last night on W&B quarter hollow that I picked up for a song and I am really excited about it. When I quit last night I gave the blade some Maas love just to protect the new skin that it is developing and laid the razor on my dresser next to my "pocket stuff" caddy. This morning I was getting ready to grab my phone and wallet and saw the blade and grabbed it instead and started examining it again. "yes sir," I thought, " this is going to be one sweet blade once she is all cleaned up." I then laid the razor down, gently, and got on with going to work. Without my phone or wallet.

I actually couldn't be happier about it!

Man I can't wait to get home and sand on that blade!

I feel you there, last night after work I sat in a warm shower sanding my project untill the sand paper turned to mush.

That sounds a bit sordid! But I can relate. I didn't, however, know this was what everyone meant when they said "wet" sanding.
