This makes me Mad
well I thought I was finished but I have peened the blade a little tight ,it didn't crack when I was peening it cracked when I opened it up
, A week and a half down the tubes and at least another week to repair it ,if I bloody can .

Very sorry to hear...that is frustrating. You had it going though as those are great looking scales.

man I know the feeling. My first restore, got the blade and scales all pretty, peened the tail then went to peen the blade in and the scales broke. I went to adjustable pins after that.

What a bugger, I would have to say blue words if that happend to me.
Can you replace the one section?
Those scales are so classy looking.
