Try this on a piece of scrap first. There are many unpredictable chemical reactions possible when layering volatile compounds. The cyano acrylates may attack the nitrocellulose deposits of the laquer. But if you are ready to leave the CA as a topcoat, why go through the trouble of using the laquer in the first place?
