Default How old is this razor?

    Hello all,

I picked up a J.A. Henckels blade off E-Bay. It had a LOT of rust and crud on the blade. I'm in the process of restoring it. (I'll post in the gallery when done.)

How can I assess the age of this blade? It is stamped "J.A. Henckels Twinworks" "Solingen Germany" and has the number 34 above the 2 little dudes logo.

Is this a high quality blade? I didn't pay much on E-Bay.

    Thanks.

You can age it by the characters. There is a Henckels catalog in the library as well as a listing of German manufactures
