Default Cheap source of #0 brass washers

Including shipping, it's around $8 for a pack of 100. They come in two flavors, standard and wide, which have a slightly larger OD. I like the wide, myself.

As usual, I'm not affiliated, just thought it was a good find.

Indeed it is! I have bought from them and the shipping to Europe is a bit steeper but the washers are great, saves me from having to say bad words everytime I can't harvest the "old" washers

Thanks. I've got both sizes on order. Saves me having to hunt for them in my home town any further. Next to impossible to find. I found 1/16 rod and 3/32 tube at a hobby store, but no washers. Thanks again.

The microfasteners website also carries the 0/80 x 3/4" hex head screws and the 0/80 hex nuts that you can use in place of the rod. You can use the #0 wide washers inside the pivot point and the #0 washers outside.

They also have the nylon washers that work great inside the scales...

I haven't actually tried the nylon washers, but I either read on here or spoke with someone who told me that they break down with use. I either salvage vintage thrust washers or hammer brass washers to thin them out.
