So I tried my luck again with a different razor, keeping in mind all of the advice that I received. I used my dremel at 5000 rpm and used a brand new unopened container of metal polish (this time I used Mothers Metal Polish). Wow, the results are stunning. My F.W. Engels went from dull and dirty to a crisp mirror finish in no time and with no scratches. Thanks for all of the advice, I appreciate it.
