    Cool Scale holders for finishes

I think this might already be in here, but I couldn't find it, these are quick and easy to make, and work wonders...

Take a piece of wood at least 7 inches long and 4 inches wide, these are 1/4 inch thick Ash.... Drill a 1/16 in hole through them, take 1/16 wire and put an L bend at the bottom and thread them through, tape with Duct tape so they stay there. Put a Z bend at the top so that the wire holds the scale through your pin holes... The nice thing is that they are totally adjustable, too size and too level.... These work perfect for any spray finishes and wipe on finishes and you can re-use them..... plus they actually hold the razor rather tightly.....

    Go restore a razor

Appreciate the idea. Very simple, elegant, and most of all inexpensive.

I know this is old, but I'd like to see the pic if you can dig it up. Little confused on the bending issue.
