Thanked: 0Jewelers Rouge
I have spent hours on a restoration by hand sanding and after using the 2K grit paper the blade still shows scratches. I was wondering how to rid the razor of these scratches and if Jewelers Rouge would do the trick, or if I just need to spend more time with the 2K paper.
Thanks

Sadly, those scratches appear to be from a very low grit. They will take ages to get out using 2000 grit paper. I would move back to the 400 range, then go back up to 2k, then use rouge.

Thanked: 0Okay so I went all the way back to the beginning and started again and now I have a new problem. Everything looks great but now the 2K is leaving scratches of it's own how do I go about removing them?

You must be getting an awesome finish if the 2k is leaving scratches. I think next would be
Amazon.com: Wet or Dry Sandpaper Sheets, Silicon Carbide, 9" by 11", 2500 Grit, Pack of 50.: Home Improvement
or some of this???
