    Default Red Imp repinning?

Basically, I bought a beautiful Red Imp from eBay and as well as honing, and sanitizing, i would also like to repin it, or at least tighten the pins because the blade rubs against the spacer when its in line with the scales and fits only partly in when the spacer is twisted (the spacer is loose, obviously) but I dont know why it would rub to the side if its the spacer pin. To recap, the blade rubs against the spacer and slightly off center. I went to the micro-fasteners website and i'd rather not buy a bag of 100, maybe just 5 . I was wondering if someone could give me a quick quote on repining/ correcting the spacer issue or give some insight into this unusual rubbing issue. Also, if I were to repin myself, I have a cordless dremel and nothing else at my disposal. How can I file out the old pins and replace them myself without buying costly jeweler's files or other expenses? can I use some kind of sand paper and just tape around the screw so not to damage the scales or what? I know that I need a hammer and something solid, I'll take care of that.

I dont have any pictures right now but its in pretty much good-mint condition. the scales are a little loose but the blade is shiny and free of pitting and blemishes. Certainly an exciting acquisition.

will someone repin it for me or sell me like 5 pins? Sorry I'm so cheap, I'm between paychecks and bills are coming.
