Thanked: 13249Measure out the hole, make sure you drill the hole with a spacer in between the scales !!!!! If you don't use a spacer the chance of the hole being straight just went way down... it does not have to be a tang jig any piece of wood that keeps the scales straight when you drill will work...

The two larger washers are thrust, or bearing washers, they go between the razor tang and the scales, the tiny one is a lock washer...
The cup in the small lock washer goes toward the scales the "Nail" head goes on the show side of the razor. To press the lock washer on use the hole in the old scale and press it tight..
clip it, file it, and peen it...
