one option may be to provide the dimensions of the blade you're looking to rescale and see if any members here have some blanks they could pass on to you.
If you do that you'll need to include the following measurements.
length of tang from shoulder to tip
distance from shoulder to pivot hole
distance from pivot hole to tip of blade
size of blade (3/4, 5/16 etc)

Thanked: 151Newbie Wants Scales for Sale
I am looking to buy about a dozen sets of scales. I have been given advice on how to make the pins out of nails and where to buy the washers at microfasteners.com. I even have a miniature ball ping hammer. I just dont have the room for a saw to make wooden scales. I have made one set with a miniature hacksaw and the time it takes is just too much time and I can't make them perfectly symetrical. I just want something with an even length, and width rounded on the wedge and tang area and able to be finished or customized for initials. I have a dremel for this. I have tried to use it for shaping, but the hardwoods just grind down the sanding parts and are difficult to get perfect. Is there anyone out there who can sell me either some wooden scales that I can finish nd urethane, or some plastic or bakelite scales cheaper than $15 per set. I only need 12 now, but int he future I would be willing to buy them 10 sets at a time if someone can make that many. Newbie, in need of help.
Thanks,
Trey
