Default Need a tool for making scales

I'm looking for a small hammer to use on a small anvil. I want to start making my own scales and can get a piece of iron to use as the anvil but need the hammer to put the pins in the scales. I searched hobby supplies on line but came up empty. Any suggestions?

These guys sell a 2 oz hammer, albeit a little pricey.

I find 8 oz is too heavy.

If you can't find anything else you can use an octogon shaped dunbel as an anvil
