Default Is razor this worth restoring?

I picked this razor up from eBay a while back. It's in rough shape and I want to know if it's worth restoring for everyday use. I am new to razor restoration as in I have never done it before at all.

    The razor is marked as:
    "Hammond-Extra"
    "Made From Kayser Ellison"
    "Best Sheffield Silver Steel"

    Please take a look.

I would bet that it will clean up quite nicely.

Too late for that one... It will shave, though, but too much steel removed from the spine. The geometry will be a bit off. Nice for practice...

The hone wear indicates that it must have been a good shaver! Excuse me for a shameless plug but the underdog from this thread is giving me BBS, do not give up!
