    Default Washer question

    Evening gentlemen,
I recently ordered the stainless washers from microfasteners to pair with my nickel rods.
The question I have is how do you guys get a good polish on the stainless washers.
The nickel rod polished up nicely with the 2000 grit sandpaper and simichrome metal polish but the stainless washers were left with a brushed look. Do you fellows have a trick or have you found a source for nickel washers? Thanks.

After I have my bolt, nut and washer installed with a drop of locktite blue and set over night I polish with my dremel and buff wheel very lightly and it comes out nice and shiny.

After searching the web for nickel washers I came across one that sells them @ Boker's, Washers and Stampings Specialists.
They stamp the washers themselves so I turned in a quote request for 4 different sizes in lots of 100.
I'll let you know what they come back with.
