Thanked: 3795I think option 2 is the obvious choice for one simple reason. That is, if you find that you don't like it, you can always finish the grind to convert it to option 1.

- See, with all the curves on this blade... the curved spine, the curved shoulder, the curved bottom edge of the blade, the curved tang.. the curved handles... I cant believe you guys would think a spike point would fit the style of this razor.... :P I don't think I could pull myself to do it, even if it did get the most votes..so I didn't list it as an option

Thanked: 2204Option 1...that maintains the original relative curvature of the edge and spine. It keeps it all in visual balance. That's why we buy them in the first place.
