    I think option 2 is the obvious choice for one simple reason. That is, if you find that you don't like it, you can always finish the grind to convert it to option 1.

    • See, with all the curves on this blade... the curved spine, the curved shoulder, the curved bottom edge of the blade, the curved tang.. the curved handles... I cant believe you guys would think a spike point would fit the style of this razor.... :P I don't think I could pull myself to do it, even if it did get the most votes..so I didn't list it as an option

    Option 1...that maintains the original relative curvature of the edge and spine. It keeps it all in visual balance. That's why we buy them in the first place.
