Option two. It'll give you both a great big smile. You know it will!

- See, with all the curves on this blade... the curved spine, the curved shoulder, the curved bottom edge of the blade, the curved tang.. the curved handles... I cant believe you guys would think a spike point would fit the style of this razor.... :P I don't think I could pull myself to do it, even if it did get the most votes..so I didn't list it as an option

Thanked: 2204Option 1...that maintains the original relative curvature of the edge and spine. It keeps it all in visual balance. That's why we buy them in the first place.

I say option 3 for shaving, 4 for cutting vegetables
3 is what I would do, less work overall I think, keeps the width everywhere else, also won't require as much honing finesse probably. plus it would be different, never seen an original w&b with a spanish point.
Or send it to me, I'll salvage it for you

You could shorten the blade and give it a new notch if you don't want to go square/Spanish. It might look a little funny with the etching off center, but that is probably what I would do if she was mine.
