    I just finished cleaning these scales, here is a picture that shows the difference in length.

    That is quite a difference, and I would expect it to be from repairing damage, possibly by replacing a scale. But it doesn't mean the distance between holes is in proportion.

    I just finished shaving with this razor after repinning it.
    It's very smooth on the skin, and it lost its sharpness by the end of the shave, but it works.
    However, here are the pictures. Although I enlarged the hole on the shorter scale so that the holes were coincident, you can see how the washers are not in line.


    At least, it works, I reserve some future moment to re-pin it once I'm more experienced (it's my second re-pinning ).
