Grrr. I gave up. No amount of time is worth the satisfaction of shaving with a big microtome blade.

I'm just going to ebay my two microtomes, don't any of you buy them; unless you want a microtome....

Why the did they make these things anyway? Aren't disposable de blades thinner and better?

I'm willing to part with all razors I can't restore for the price I paid for them. Offer is open to anyone, I've got a duck too. And two razors with rust on the edge, may be salvagable.
