Thanked: 9Forgive me, I've been in the cocobolo again...
It isn't my fault! I was just walking through the garage the other night, when I was attacked by this slab of cocobolo. The battle was joined and when the sawdust cleared there was enough wood left for 3 razors. Discression precludes me from discussing my wounds in this forum...
Ok, these are just mocked up. They have been sanded to 1200x and I will likely take aother pass with 1500x before we go to finish. I'm trying to decide what finish to use on oily cocobolo. Any suggestions?
The pins are loose and will be replaced with my own - not Dovo's and no, I'm not sure I like the domed pin on that W&B. Ok, I've bared my dirty laundry - please be critical.
I wish I could take pictures like Max...

Can't help you with the finish choice, but those look really nice. I especially like the middle one.

Can't go wrong with Cocobolo either. Takes an incredible luxurious and silky finish
