    Default for all you band saw nuts out there...highland wood working

    i just ordered (again) from highland wood working. look if you want a great bandsaw blade for resaw cuts, i really suggest you take a look at their "wood slicer" blade.

    for $30 your getting a great blade. if you think thats expensive try resawing ironwood (eppi<sp?>) with your 15 dollar blade and tell me how many you go through.

    oh btw that whole hand resawing project i was gonna do where i hand make the scales. **** that ****. thats asking for bad wrists.

    ya lost me, handsawing is quite a simple task....maybe you need a larger saw

    i have a shop that will custom weld most any blade i want the size i need
    i will not use anything less then a bi metal blade

    hand sawing is very easy. but my tajimas werent getting the jjob done on ironwood.
