Sisal Wheels supplier
Does anyone know whether and where I can buy a sisal wheel for a dremel or how to make one with a split mandral?

Sisal fibers are probably too large for a dremel, the smallest I've seen them is 4" for buffers.

Now I need a buffer. Is there no end to this addiction.

Crap thats a lot of stuff!!
Can I use black compound with a felt wheel or muslin since that is all dremel has to offer?

Use cotton wheels, the felt will gum up too fast and cause the resulting polish to be uneven. Sisal is ideal for emery, but spiral sewn cotton buffs should be okay. Avoid felt and loose cotton.
In General
Sisal or loose twine for emery and coarser.
Spiral cotton or finger buffs for everything up to white compound.
Loose cotton, flanel etc. for white, green and red rouges. Also for Waxes or used clean.

There's plenty of other places you can get such products without a minimum order. I just posted the link for educational purposes, since they mention which buffs are best for certain things and which compounds are best with each.
