Default Scale Fasteners in Ontario Canada?

so i bought a Boker Red Injun, the blade is in good shape (shaved great today) but the scales were ridiculous (someone used 2 right side scales-- what the?) so i bought some cheap Dovo scales (white plastic) and thought that i would put them on myself. well i got them to work but i realised after that i had made a mistake. i put the washers on the outside, which works but not nearly as well, plus now that i have done it once i think i could do a much nicer job.

but then i thought about trying some fasteners instead, but where can i get them?

i live in Chatham Ontario Canada, i don't mind making something that isn't necessarily "made for" razors work, but this is my first rescale so i don't really know where to look.

    any help would be great

    Thank you
    Wes

Try your local hobby store. Anywhere that sells model trains should have small washers, nuts and bolts.

Luckily Chatham has a model airplane shop that carries stuff for the RC cars and trains and they had some that i think will work.

    thank again.
