Default What to use with a polishing paste?

What do you use when using a polishing paste on an old razor blade? A Q tip? a tooth brush, a rag?

I use a microfiber cloth. It works quite well. You can find them in any auto store or department where polishing supplies are located.

And watch those fingers! Honed edge or not, you can still get a nasty cut.

I use a 900 rpm 6" buffer with a loose flanel wheel, but a qtip would work well too.

I use q-tips to apply the paste, then use disposable shop towels, you can buy at auto stores, to wipe clean.

I use the micro fiber towels also. They work great at removing the polish and leaving a streak free surface afterwards. Like it has been said, watch that edge! I speak from experience, or should I say ignorance.
