    Default Candidius with Palissander Santos scales

    Hi there,

    Just wanted to post some pictures of my second set of razor scales and the process of making them. Any advise or tips would be appreciated!

    First sawed and cut the rough outline and sawed the scales through the middle.


    Results with the blade.


    Glued the scales together and sanded the outline, also rounded the edges.
    First with 80 grit sandpaper, 240 and then 500.
