Thread: What to do with this frameback?

I now managed to squeeze the lower half of the spine and forced it back on (not in a harmful way).
It's kinda tight so I don't know if this will work... Still the blade isn't really flat when I place it on a hone.

yep, but sorry. Now it rides on the lip at the open end of the frame.

That is why that part was folded in originally, making the back of the spine wider

...So I figured :/

Oh well, I may try to beat it out with a thick wire or a pipe to reshape the spine but I think I'll move to an easier project.
