Nice work, a level of skill one step beyond in designing, making your scale material,making your scales,and sanding and polishing your razor. Very impressive

I used wood clamps for the layup of the Micarta.
But rather than go piecemeal into the various technical aspects of how I made the Micarta, I think I shall put together a properly illustrated article about it in the very near future.
It has been covered on some other web sites (which is where I learned), but I have some extra tips that might prove useful.

Great work. They look fantastic. Love the color.
I'm a big fan of Micarta. I've got quite a few razors made with it. One made with denim.

Awesome! I read about making micarta on a couple of other sites, and I had toyed with the idea but never went through with it. Hat's off to a job well done!

That's really amazing work considering all that went into it. I love the finished color of that micarta, I can see where it is really something you can't be sure of till you're done, the color was so bright in the original cloth. I for one prefer the after color though. The work is impressive. I can't wait to read the write up on how you made the micarta.
