I know you've already ordered the Maas, but for future reference, Flitz is another polish you can look for. They sell both Maas and Flitz at my local Ace Hardware. It's over by the cleaning supplies. There are other polishes as well. Here's a good link for more information.

Good that you wish to work on your razors and start restorating so soon. The wiki (from the upper right hand corner) is a good information source on restoration.

And although some people use dremel in restoration, i don't know if it is strictly necessary. There's an article on handsanding a blade in the wiki. It really depends on in what shape your blade is when starting. Dremel just might get you there faster. Please pay attention to your safety.

It would be interesting to see what you have chosen to work on, as I'm trying to choose my first resto project too.
