Thanked: 151Glad you are ok. I will purchase some of this stuff I hate to say this, but quick Clot, or Hemabate or Methergine work great, but a good cigarette lighter and a huge pain tolerance works also.
This is a good lesson for everyone in the shop. Lets all keep safe, because nobody's wife wants blood on their floors.

Glad to hear you can still use that thumb. I have a cut from a blade that scarred over on my index finger to remind me to be careful...Hadn't realized this happened, I would have sent those blades to you another time...but sounds like your recovered.

Hey Glen . Missed the OP. Glad yer all good.
Here I was cursing the other day 'cause I chipped a fresh honed razor by wacking it accidentally on a hone. Now I'm grateful it wasn't my thumb that got hit.
