Thread: CNC scales update

My intentions were to prove out my procedures before useing more expensive materials.I met a guy that makes celluloid plastic material that hopefully will finish up better than the delrin i used for these scales.Also had to deal with making the pins,washers and spacers--trying to hammer it all together and try to make it look neet(didnt come out as crisp as i would have liked it too)but here is sme of it.

That's neat. I like the way it looks with three pins opposed to one.

I have to say I like it too. I made a 2-pinner myself.
