    Default DD Wonderedge Restoration

    Picked this DD Wonderedge at a flea market in August.....In pretty good shape...blade cleaned up really nice!.....Scales in good shape except at the pivot pin,,,has a crack....had planed on using these scales but have misplaced them somewhere....Oh Well!....Wanted to shave with this so I used a set of scale I made recently.......Sorry for some of the pictures....Got to get my lighting set....Thanks for looking!

    They look like some of Traveler's hand poured ones.Nice job on the blade.

    Great job! I'm impressed. I aspire to be able to do comparable work one of these days/years.

    Thanks! Blade really turned out nice! Just test shaved it. Peels hair off!

    Nice work on restoring the razor. Were you able to maintain the spiraley indentations on the tang? However, In my opinion the scales would have worked better in all red - I'm not very particular to the brown/black scheme.

    But as long as you're happy! Keep up the good work!

    Hi! The indentattions were preserved! Never thought about all red. Will try one of those soon.
